EXPERIENCE
I have been selling real estate in the Long Beach area since 1987. I started with Robert Weil Associates selling upper end homes and investment properties. One of my largest transactions was the Blackstone Hotel on Ocean Blvd. which I sold in 1989.
After 5 yrs I moved to Prudential California Realty, where I became one of the top agents. My production placed me in the International President's Circle, which is the top 1% of the agents nationwide, for more than 6 consecutive years. I became a relocation specialist relocating many business leaders from companies such as Boeing and Toyota as well as professors from CSU Long Beach into the greater Long Beach area. I spent 3 yrs at Coldwell Banker, helping to open up a new office. During this time I was either the #2 or #1 agent in my office. I received a Preview Specialist designation, again placing me within the top 1% of the real estate agents nationwide.
I joined Keller Williams Realty as a Mega agent (over $12 million in annual sales) and was part of the core group when they opened a franchise in Long Beach. I took over the management of Keller Williams Realty- Long Beach, running an office of over 60 agents, but I soon opened my own office in Los Alamitos and became a partner in the new office in Torrance. I am the Operating Principal of the Los Alamitos office as well as an agent in that office. As Operating Principal, my goal is to provide vision and training to other agents to take their business to the highest level.
As an agent, I continue to build my business. My territory includes the greater Long Beach area, North Orange County and the South bay. I bring market expertise, years of experience, integrity, the latest technology and a team of professionals who are well equipped to get homes and investments sold quickly and for top dollar in an ever changing real estate market. I have sold over 120 million dollars of real estate in my career, representing investors, home buyers, sellers and developers.
As an extension of my real estate business and tied to my desire to give back to the community, I am very involved in a number of civic and charitable organizations in and around Long Beach. I was active in working with the attraction and retention committee with the City of Long Beach Partnership Project. I was appointed to the Long Beach - Chief of Police Women's advisory Committee and selected to be part of the elite group Leadership Long Beach. I am also active in other community organizations such as the Professional Auxiliary of the Assistance League of Long Beach where I have chaired their annual fund raising event for over 900 women.

PERSONAL
My commitment is to provide personal service to my clients and to make my city a better place to live and work. I have been a resident of Long Beach and Los Alamitos for 25 years and am married with two children. Many of my client's become friends and they consider me their REALTOR for life. I pride myself on service and professionalism in all of my real estate transactions.
